      Pros

      Currently working less than a year but Solarwinds doesn't seems as bad as I read in here and definitely not a 2+ score. Product portfolio is mature and there are some new promising categories like OTel, SaaS solutions, etc. So from tech perspective there is a room to grow. Salary and other benefits like stocks are good but not perfect.

      Cons

      It seems that the company is quite limited with budgets for almost everything, easy expenses are approved by VPs, some business process are also not very well defined. For now it is all I can find

      Pros

      Keep in mind that people are motivated to write reviews when they have something bad to say. So please don’t take the negative reviews as consensus. I love being a Solarian. I could see myself working at SolarWinds for the rest of my life. People here are family. Some have been there for years, if not over a decade, and that says a lot - especially for sales where turnover is notoriously high. This is a company that cares about its employees which is evidenced from the benefits, flexible in-office hours, unlimited food and caffeine, workshops, and team outings. The HQ is absolutely stunning. There is never drama nor gossip. Employees care for the success and happiness of their counterparts.

      None that I can think of. If that changes I will update my review.
