      Pros

      You have the opportunity to work with very intelligent, motivated developers and Product Managers. They make you better, smarter and driven while having a fun and collaborative environment. I love the people and the work.

      Cons

      Unless you want to be in a management role, growth and compensation is severely lacking. It becomes discouraging when you give 110% effort yet it's not compensated because there isn't a management title behind your name.

      Decent benefits, nice office and fairly competitive base salary

      Cons

      Total sweatshop with focus only on the here and now versus building long term customer relationships. Not a place to work if you are looking for work - life balance. And managers there are poorly trained to manage and not extremely intelligent.
