Pros
I have been able to see more of the world and grow more in my career with SolarWinds than I imagined possible. Many companies may give great opportunities and often people don't take advantage of it, but the opportunities given by SolarWinds have been too great to pass up.
Cons
In the last few years, SolarWinds has been amorphous in it's structure making it difficult to keep up with or find a rhythm. Some stability in the structure could benefit fine tuning things, rather than constantly changing so drastically that we have little chance to simply focus on improvement.
