      Losing too many key PMs, POs, and Developers

      Pros

      WFH during COVID is being handled well so far. Good bonuses. Nice office space.

      Cons

      Over the past year, too many key people in Software Engineering and Program Manager positions left. Many of them were with SW for a long time and knew our products inside and out. When they left, they took their tribal knowledge with them.

      Good benefits, solid compensation, snacks

      Cons

      The company is bringing in outside hires for for many management roles heavily without any priority on fit. I've never been so micromanaged in my life as I was in the last year of my tenure there, toxic work environment, politics, lack of empathy, no work life balance.
