Aside from dealing with the latest technologies and constantly trying to advance, the overall feel of the office and people here strongly encompasses togetherness. Everyone is there for one another, whether it's in regard to helping with a problem, or doing some social engagements. There's never a "that's not my job" attitude, and even if it really isn't someone's area of expertise, they won't hesitate offering a helping hand.
