Pros
The co-workers are very friendly and helpful, I feel I have all the support I need to do my job. My personal needs are always considered, if I need something i'm always being helped by my manager. Working hours are flexible, and I never feel any pressure to work to long. My tasks are interesting most of the time, and when I request tasks around certain subject (so i can improve) I usually get what I wish for.
Cons
At this point, nothing I can think of.
