Pros

The people (below senior management) are good, hard-working personnel. They build strong relationships with the customers and sale staff and truly want to deliver a product to the customer that is the best.

Cons

Senior management - make decisions that impact the business negatively (closing locations). The CEO (John Panichella) is not approachable and does not seem to want to connect with any of the employees in the organization (its all a facade).

Good experience, reasonable pay, bonus opportunity, yearly review with salary increase ( 1-5 %).

Cons

Too much work for too little people. Overworked. Manager did not help choose priorities and still gave bad reviews after the fact. Job field makes it difficult to feel appreciated, fellow co-workers typically dont like you (based on job type), making it difficult to enjoy your work.
