      Huge cultural change from Ashland!

      Pros

      Great leadership starts with John P and goes all the way down through most of the organization. The leader-leader approach to empowerment is very exciting!

      Cons

      Some managers are still stuck doing things the "Ashland" way. Those that are doing this need to get on board with the rest of Solenis or will not last.
