      Pros

      There are a lot of very talented people in this company. Good intentions to be a company of top talent. Management is not afraid to change

      Cons

      Management talks about being available and open to suggestions from all levels of the organization. This is only true when they are told what they already think. This has killed open discussion. Some top talent has been released by the water group. People have been put in positions who lack true business or technical talent. The sales force and remote employees are now expected to pay out of pocket for business items like office phone lines and Internet access. The company has become very top heavy

      Pros

      Best of both worlds: a stable company with a long history, but re-building itself into something new. Entrepreneurial and nimble. Senior leaders focused on building the right culture after many years of neglect under previous ownership. Able to make an impact right away with a lot of autonomy to drive change needed.

      Cons

      There is a lot going on here. Many projects and priorities and the desire to execute them all fast. Difficult to prioritize the workload, but a lot of fun while doing it.

      Pros

      Good level of autonomy for self starters. Good sense of community among my co-workers, but I have worked with them under previous ownership for many years. Many long tenured employees.

      Cons

      Working through some old systems that need to be repaired to make us more nimble, but that objective is supported.
