Where to begin? - Zero support from the corporate team at Solenis. Most of the business for the pools division is targeted at consumers and is different the rest of Solenis. It needs funding to support the brands and differentiate the products for consumers. They don't sell themselves to consumers. The sales team needs SUPPORT. Many of the talent from sales and marketing left this fall because pools leadership team just talk to each other, play favorites, don't listen to the team regarding the needs of the business and refuse to fund the business. The marketing lead continues to push a chemistry that needs money to differentiate it with consumers but won't push for the funding to be able to do so. - A culture that is driven by sitting on zoom calls with the expectation that people will be able to keep up on email and the crisis of the day when they are either in non stop meetings or trying to be out with customers - No support from the corporate team.
