Solenis (previously Ashland Water Technologies and Hercules before that) is a market leader in functional paper chemicals so the company is positioned to have longevity.

Cons

There have been a number of leadership changes in a short period of time, first within Ashland Water Technologies and now to Solenis. There is little direction or support from HR for career development, you have to make your own way and often with no support.
