Pros

The workers very good, not supervision but actual CSRs.

Cons

Stressful place to work. Not good at leveling employees. Some overworked because they can, others underworked because they can't but nothing done to slackers. No work / life balance at all. HR backs management, does nothing for employees.

Pros

Good pay.Best teammates I have ever worked with.All in the Dublin Ohio customer service team were experienced and more than willing to help out despite a tremendous workload.All in all the customers were tremendous to work with and I missed them greatly when I left. The plants with the exception of one were the most devoted and best I have ever dealt with.They consistently accommodated the most demanding customer requests over and over again.They were amazing.

Cons

CEO out of touch.This company moved their supply chain operations out of state to Wilmington Deleware costing it's devoted supply chain team in Dublin OH it's jobs.In fairness,the company offered the same positions in Delaware to the Dublin employees but very few took the offer.It should not have been a surprise that most did not want to move out of state.I imagine they are going through some trying times right now with the loss of talent and experience. In general sales was under tremendous pressure and it was a revolving door.You literally could not keep up with the revolving door of sales reps.Communication was poor regarding personnel losses and often times customers told us the seller was no longer working for Solenis.That does not look good.Some DM's in sales would go above and beyond what was best for the company by demanding tremendously time consuming customer to customer stock transfers. Pricing was frustrating at times holding up orders to ship due to no price in the system

Pros

A lot of talented co-workers. Good product line. Strong company heritage.

Cons

The CEO. He's arrogant, is not investing in the field force (training, hiring, tech support, processes, tools, etc), micromanages, is constantly changing strategic direction, has no leadership abilities, and has no idea how to organically grow this company.
