Stay away, uncommonly bad place to work

Pros

Their pay is somewhat competitive, which probably has to do with the fact that they can't keep employees

Cons

You will be coerced and shamed into working an absurd schedule and meet ridiculous deadlines on a daily basis. Turnover is the highest I've ever seen, from executives to individual contributors. Everybody is miserable and unhappy. Everybody is looking to get out. HR has no clue on what to do. The company struggles on many other aspects: outdated technology, lack of resources due to cost-cutting pressure, inability to integrate the various acquisitions, and total lack of innovation.

Pros

The people in middle management & down are very good folks. Others have mentioned lunch in the Westlake TX lunch. They send out because the office is miles away from places to eat and get back in a reasonable amount of time. It's not because they are nice. Most employees are not based in office, so this perk doesn't mean anything to most.

Cons

A combination of software companies whose solutions have fallen behind their competitors. Leadership is building to sell. Very little software development. Good people are leaving. CEO is proud of his "Bend but don't Break" style of management. Top down company. One of the two worst companies I have worked for & I've worked for a few in this space. The other was a car dealer. Think of that!

Unkept Promises - No HR - Endless Cycle of Acquisition and Restructuring

Pros

There are no Pros for this company. Employees who are good at their job leave after 3-6 months. If you want to train someone in India or Mexico to do your job sign up!

Cons

Constantly outsourcing - reduction of benefits while providing lavish PR events for the sales teams. Unkept Promises - Employees took 20% pay cut during the height of COVID-19 - No dedicated HR or IT (call centers) - Endless Cycles of Acquisitions leads to lots of talk of developing "pathways for career progress" with 0 follow through - same promises given every 6 months for years on end. Spend over 5 years with the company and expect less than $1 raise in salary and a 30% raise in employee cost for benefits.
