Pros

-Better than market pay (they need it in order to get higher quality people because the wise know better) -Free My-Fit-Food/Snap Kitchen and "Swag"

Cons

- Utter Chaos - Leadership is disjointed and unclear with their expectations - Management keeps wanting to run pointless Fire Drills that are not worth the time for the amount of information produced - Management wants to micro manage but with attrition is unable to handle their micro management capabilities - Everything is always "Extreme Insanity or Die" (CEO's words not mine) - Management is overly militaristic (note the previous comment) - They use Cognos and I am not sure if it is the product or the system managers, but it is slowest tool I've used since AOL DialUp in the 90s - Instead of paying any Employees bonuses or merit increases, the CEO gave himself a 8 figure bonus - DO NOT COUNT ON THE BONUS - IF THIS STILL HASN'T DETERRED YOU, GET IT INCLUDED IN WRITING ON YOUR OFFER LETTER.THAT GUARANTEES A CERTAIN PAYOUT AT A CERTAIN DATE. - Just laid off about 10-15% of the North American labor force - Don't trust the 5 star reviews. They are fakes from HR and other people that were incentivized to do so - For a company that claims to encourage ingenuity, it does everything to stifle that out. - Attrition is horrible. I came to work for a certain manager that hired me because of his vision of "my role", but he left (very wise decision for him) and I was left working for someone else that basically either barked orders or ignores me completely

Pros

They have snacks (vending machine) with a daily pro-rated amount of $2 with most items ranging from $1.50 to $2.50 each

Cons

Since AutoPoint took over the environment changed. Managing Director is passive aggressive and creates an environment that feeds this attitude. Watch your back. Someone, or a group of someone's, is terminated regularly. If you work hard and are on call it is it not appreciated but expected. The stress of the job is not the work, it is watching your back. Product decisions make no sense. Told we would get a raise month after month, even by managing director in company meeting and it does not happen. Executives show up to work in office (nine located here) for no reason (no meetings or interaction) like they just want a vacation but everything else is penny pinching

We hold daily standups to help us Think 80/20 within each team; each month there is a town hall team communication to keep employees updated on information across the organization. We do have annual merit reviews in the spring of each year as long as the Company is achieving. We also ask employees to follow an uncommon onboarding where they LISTEN, LEARN & ASK ... and make it their responsibility to get what they need for assimilation in a new role or new mission. We are not perfect, but we strive to help each other and help everyone to be successful!!
