Pros

not a single thing I can think of

Cons

They say this used to be a good company to work for. If it was it was long before I got here. I had a much better job than this turned out to be. Unfortunately I believed their lies. (the boss) obviously knows nothing about managing a sales force. (I don't think she even likes salespeople) Unfortunately the President of the company tells us she is "a great leader" as she runs the company into the ground. The favoritism is insane. She will steal a deal from you and give it to one of her pets and make up a temporary "rule" so she can pretend that she is being 'fair'. All the managers, the boss and HR have been asked repeatedly for a written copy of the "rules" and the metrics in writing all to no avail. We are fired on the metrics and several months have passed and nothing has ever been given to us in writing. Nothing. Oh, and lets talk about those metrics. Any experienced manager uses metrics to help them do their job. These idiots have no idea what a metric really is or how to use one. They will fire you if you don't "hit the metrics", and there are several. No one with even half a brain uses a metric to fire people. So we actually get fired on what she calls a metric that has never been given to us in writing. They will tell you that you will have 3000 to 4000 leads.. such a joke. You will be lucky to have 600 or 700 leads. You can be fired in 8 days if you don't make a minimum of 75 calls a day. So do the math. She actually stood up in front of everyone at the last meeting and said she didn't know what she was doing and that she would try things for a couple of months and if it didn't work she would try something else and hopefully in a few months she would figure out what might work. She also admitted that she knew she was hiring to many people for the size of the database before she hired them. So she knew she was messing with peoples lives in a very bad way and she did it anyway. I realize I am rambling a bit but I really don't know how to get across to you how bad this really is. Keep looking. There is something better out there.

It is fair to say we regularly work on and refine our sales metrics, but please know we do not refine them to make them more advantageous to one party over another. The Identifix customer base is growing extremely fast, and it is in our best interest to make changes on occasion to keep up with user adoption and incoming inquiries. The bottom line is, if you are motivated and good at outbound sales, we believe you can be very successful on our sales floor. Thank you for your feedback!

Pros

Pay is typically better than another company. They need to pay you more because most within the industry know the reputation of the CEO and Managing Directors. The only way they typically get talent is by paying more. Unfortunately quality people who go to work for them leave within the first year due to the culture of the company. In my short time there, I counted 13 top level Executives that resigned over a 12 month period. On top of that they've lost two VP of Human Resources over the past 60 days. We don't need to read between the lines as to why HR Executives leave this company.

Cons

Hours are brutal. CEO thinks Solera is a branch of the Army so "boot camp" exists daily and doesn't ever stop. Internal disruption is daily, you'll spend the majority of your time not only arguing internally with co-workers, then you'll deal with it with your accounts due to not being able to fulfill their needs. Communication is non-existent. Benefits change constantly, vacation changes constantly with zero communication from Human Resource. High turnover rate, especially at Senior levels, creates chaos as it disrupts projects that impact the customer. CEO loves the TV show Survivor, he gets a kick out of watching the "strong" survive. Problem is that the strong leave quickly because they have opportunities and the "weak" hang on because they aren't talented enough to make the same money elsewhere.

Pros

A paycheck, mostly decent coworkers. That is about it.

Cons

Too many to list. Including the two fake reviews prior to this one. No one is happy there and are looking for other jobs.
