      If you like high stress and constantly changing goals and expectations, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      In the words of Senior Leadership - "if you don't like it here or our style, then leave and go to a competitor." What more needs be said? Employees are not a priority. Shareholder's (aka Vista Equity and leadership paychecks and bonuses) are their top priority. Customers #2, employees #3.
