The work style is a little bit rigid, there is very little or no remote work. Solera is not a remote first company, they prefer you have to be in the office, in-person most or all of the days of the week, which is not totally bad because it fosters in-person interaction, which can be crucial for some roles and company cultures.

The box is not large enough for cons. You will never get a raise. All they do is buy up companies, split up the workers, and then you have 3 micro mangers above you. If you had benefits before, you will slowly lose them.
