I had a mostly stress free time in Solera.

Cons

Mediocre salary. All the seniors are gone and the company hired only juniors instead. Very often when you need assistance on certain tasks there is just nobody knowledgeable enough to ask for help.

Being able to work from work.

Cons

The company wants you to learn new products but don't want to compensate you for it. They have failed to give any employees raises and they can barely pay you your bonus on time. STAY AWAY DO NOT APPLY!!!! Unless you liked being over worked and under paid. There's no opportunity for growth.
