Pros

Free food! Yipee. The office is really nice. Don't get fooled by the Trojan Horse though. This place stinks to high heaven of overworked, underpaid, under experienced upper management. Only washout YES men from ADP and Arkona make it here, so beware. Oh, unless you are related to someone on the exec team. Then you are good to go with a corner office!

Cons

Pretty much everything but the free food. Crazy mantras, and an even crazier CEO who really has 0 care for his employees. I've seen him berate his staff countless times, even encouraging it and deeming it productive.

Toxic and Intimidating Work Environment

Pros

Absolutely nothing whatsoever that as a long-term previous employee I would see as a “pro.”

Cons

My experience with this company was deeply negative, primarily due to its toxic and intimidating environment. When the private equity leaders took over, they aggressively replaced many of our jobs with their own hand-picked talent, showing a clear preference for their inner circle. It was obvious that behavioral assessments were used as a tool to determine who would stay and who would go, reinforcing a culture of favoritism. Work-life balance is non-existent here. The leaders are not just rude but also use intimidation tactics, which create a climate of fear and prevent employees from making the right decisions. Fear of retaliation is pervasive, and employees often feel pressured to conform rather than act in the company’s best interests. The current CEO's derogatory remarks comparing employees to “McDonald’s workers” are a testament to the lack of respect for the team. The previous CEO departed after just a few months, likely due to the overly aggressive and hostile environment fostered by the private equity owners. Turnover rates are alarmingly high, a clear indication that the company prioritizes profit over people. Advancement and recognition depend more on who you know and whether you are in favor with the right people rather than on merit or performance. This was my experience, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair, supportive, or respectful workplace.
