Wring you out of all productivity. Treated as a cog in a wheel. Push you into roles/situations you do not want or did not ask for because "there's no one else to do it". Barely at market-level compensation for roles. No clear career paths. Out of touch leadership. Mess of systems and processes due to M&As with little planning; only care about bottom line.

Clueless backwards thinking leadership, ethical concerns inside and out, zero growth, seriously baffling. You are nothing to them, $ is the only concern, the product (specifically Sylectus) is inadequate and has had no changes in decades- over half of the customers aren’t even paying. When you have individuals who have worked there for over a decade jumping ship that’s a red flag, this is a awful company to experience professionally.
