pay is very alright, free gym , free food.

Pros

Cant think of any state farm as a client are very nasty with the way they come across with the customer service reps taking the calls like they are better and speak to you like you are the bottom of the barrel

Cons

They let you go without any warning if anything you might need approving on state farm is the worse the policy holders and agents that call in to file glass claims are the worse they are very rude and talk to you in such a manner that you are beneath them and the supervisors that are suppose to assist you are very nasty and take on an attitude towards you after you get out of training as if why are you bothering me they fire people like it's no big deal instead of trying to work with you seems to me this bussiness would rather have new training classes all the time they tell you you have 7 minutes outside of your breaks for bathroom breaks so hopefully like myself you dont have a medical condition where you have to more then that cause you will be written up
