They measure your bathroom breaks and will reprimand you if you take too many, even after you explain you have a health reason for it. Also, you don’t get your own leads, you have a pool of leads you call from, and you’re expected to call people even after they’ve told us multiple times to stop calling. You don’t get to make any progress on your own leads because after one call it moves the lead to someone else’s name. So you either schedule a demo on the first call or you lose the lead. Incredibly high turnover rate for the reasons listed
