Pros

Met some cool people, but that's about it

Cons

Oh Man. All of em. hope you like getting asked to work 6 or 7 days a week so your manager can hit 110% Leadership is an absolute joke, if you want execs who are so far removed from the actual beat of the company that they literally have a door that separates their side of the office that you're not allowed in to, that only exist to blow smoke and lie about the progress of the org, look no further. A joke of a training process that was created by a guy who's never sold anything. management who either are incredibly inexperienced yes men, or immature children who will literally call a random team meeting to scream at you then hang up. Sales directors who when you notice an error thats upsetting customers, gives you a hypothetical where he literally uses ad hominem attacks against you. A company so segmented you cant even talk to other product teams yet you're expected to sell their products. Software thats so old it can't even consistently run debit cards. literally alllll lies nothing will change here it is a sinking ship.

Pros

Decent pay and free lunch

Cons

VERY DISORGANIZED COMPANY, lots of work, good ole boy treatment. This company puts out information but doesn't advise employees where to find it so the employee is left uninformed. The rules don't apply to everyone at this company. The call centers are given unequal treatment out of the entire company. They make the least amount of money and pay the most for benefits. The corporate office receives unlimited vacation time while the rest of the company does not. Free lunch is given to everyone except to the call centers. Depending on how they like you will depend on what you get such as vacation time though a policy is in place as of April 2020 but it wasn't advertised so employees would know that if they left the company or were terminated that they would not receive their vacation time. I was laid off and not paid any of the vacation I earned. I hardly ever took off because I didn't have a backup. The few times I took off my manager would call me to ask me how to do something. Speaking of manager, he was also laid off three weeks before me in July 2020 and was paid his vacation time. If you remember I mentioned that a new vacation policy was put in place in April 2020 that outlined that anyone who left the company or was terminated whether that meant fired, laid off, etc. that they would not be paid for any vacation they had left...well he was but I was not. This is clearly biased, unequal treatment. I had 142.9 vacation time hours left and remember no backup so it was hard to take off. Oh there is no annual pay increase with this company so if you decide to take a job with them be sure to negotiate for a high salary because you won't get a raise. This company is dwindling down to nothing. If the parent company is going to sell it, they should be honest and tell the remaining employees. One minute you have colleagues working with you the next minute you don't and there is no announcement to let you know that someone was laid off.

Pros

I was able to get experience integrating a large number of disparate, complex environments.

Cons

Toxic company culture, high turnover, zero appreciation, zero pay raises, TERRIBLE benefits. This company will take advantage of you every chance they get.
