As long as you show up and do your work, you'll be okay. You never have to interact with your manager on a daily basis, you just show up, do your work and go. The benefits are decent and I believe they offer tuition reimbursement.

Cons

No raises - The only way to get a raise is to apply for a different position. Doesn't matter how long you stay in your role.
