Pros

Free lunch catered in every single day (at westlake location), unlimited snacks and drinks throughout the day, my manager is laid back and understanding- he’s an actual person that cares about you and your family. Located in very nice neighborhood. Free gym access across the street at Larry North Fitness Club. Generous ramp up commission the first 60 days on “the floor “. Training is fun and probably the most enjoyable part of this job.

Cons

When you first get out of training, for the first 90 days, you’re 100% cold calling. The clients you call are rude most of the time and just hang up because they think we are telemarketers. Leads that come through the dialer are recycled so much we call the same leads sometimes twice in one day. I feel like it’s a hard sell- it’s all over the phone so if you’re face to face; it might not be so enjoyable. Very boring.

Pros

Great pay, training was in depth and they were very patient with us. Great hours. Management really works with you

Cons

Quality process makes no sense they have all these different knowledge articles you are supposed to attach to your case but some are very similar and you get docked lots of points for using the wrong one.
