      Managers don’t get along and transfer their anger on employees. Management makes promises and don’t deliver. Very high attrition rate

      Pros

      New leadership has really paved the way for innovation and a great work culture. Amazing benefits and good compensation. The new leadership team has proven to be transparent, supportive and communicative to its employees.

      Cons

      Solera is finding its way; there are some growing pains at the moment, but leadership has a vision of Solera's future and is making it happen.

      Free Food - Free Gym - Free Drama

      Cons

      Senior leaders with bad attitude and temperament run the show and executive management despite knowing the truth can’t do anything. It is like high school drama. When new CEO comes for in person location interviews senior managers make everything look perfect. They are a thankless sweatshop. Glad I moved on.
