      Pros

      Great free food and coffee. Great People and some "C-Level" worth their weight in lead. Keep it Simple and Keep your Head Down.

      Cons

      Same as all the rest of Vista PE firms. All the reviews are correct. Stay away!!! Only the bottom line to pay the investors pound of flesh, and line of out the other going VP. People don't matter... Use them and abuse them until they quit! Keep human capital around for only 1 year, easy way not to have to pay a merit increase.

      Pros

      You can make good money if you're "in" with the bosses

      Cons

      Great product, unfortunately it has been devalued with discounts, high pressure sales and bombardment of would be customers with sales calls from a multitude of salespeople..."somebody just called me yesterday". flagrant favoritism from management which allows a few to make some money and the rest to starve. No appreciation for the customer after the sale is closed.

      The pay and benefits are great.

      Cons

      With the pay/benefits, the company believes that they own you. I was the first employee with the company, dedicated over 10 years to them and in the last few years was emotionally abused by its' narcissist of a CEO.
