Solera culture can be intimidating. There is no cost of living raise, you must go above and beyond to make a case for a raise, even after years of service. There are no SOP's like most companies, outlining most processes and H.R. policies. Bonuses depend on strange discretions and no explanations are available in writing until they are paid out to those who get them. Everything is 80s and 20s. Enough already....

High stress. Bosses take your achievements and finger points you in case of problems. No company culture, each country works as a silo. Game of Thrones between different groups, people fired without reasons. Higher management doesn’t hear the requests of help on different matters. Some bosses insults and even harass people, higher management does as if they don’t see it. HR doesn’t acts after serious escalations. Incredible.
