      Pros

      Work with great people from staffs to director level in South Jordan location.

      Cons

      Solera is an established company but they run like a startup. The worse corporate culture and toxic. corporate does not care about individual employees contribution and Corporate has driven away top performers because of their cutthroat management styles. Don’t expect merit increase or bonus. Do your research before accept any positions.

      Pros

      The CEO and CFO are leaving. Could there be any better news than having these tyrants depart the organization. Maybe this is the same feeling people get when they escape from North Korea.

      Cons

      Not all the terrible leaders are leaving. Everyone knows that the CEO and his team did not perform under the new ownership. Anyone who directly worked for the CEO should be exited. Vista, if you want to get your down payment back, you need to clean house!
