- Great office - Great micro climate (good teams, supportive colleagues etc.) - Interesting daily tasks - Good support for personal growth

Cons

- Missing clear process, making things a bit chaotic - Misalignment across teams in different global locations - Some people are individualists - Management is efficient in dealing with burning situations, but lack daily presence in process - Some people just "disappear" from the office w/o explanation, official stance from management

Pros

They have all the basic employee programs like 401K, insurance, paid time off, etc. There are still some good people around the company that make the day-to-day work bearable.

Cons

Upper management seems to think that everyone is just a number. They seem obsessed with squeezing every last dollar out of the company that they can. This means layoffs, no raises, and any other way they can find to justify increasing the already high margins.
