      Management is HORRIBLE. There are people in management roles who have no business being there. Attendance policy and write ups are horrible.

      Salary with the potential for commission was nice. Coworkers were wonderful

      Cons

      Terrible management, unrealistic quota, switch in CTI system was a terrible company mistake (had the potential for good but the switch was made way too late), WAY too many employees for an overly saturated field

      Pros

      There has been lots of change in the Theale office we have moved to Agile and so we have had lots of training and management have changed their approach to listen to us and make changes to their style. it is a lot more democratic. People can grow their careers here especially with all the new changes.

      Cons

      The pace is pretty relentless, if you enjoy lots of changes and a fast pace it is great, if you don't like to be always moving forward it is not the place for you. Parking is a bit of a night mare

We acknowledge parking at our Theale office is limited and it is an area the Facilities Manager is trying to improve. As we move office location in 2019 we will ensure parking is a consideration.
