Through a staffing agency they will pay well Barely any calls

Cons

Software is confusing and boring The customers are confused by it too The system used to log cases is unstable and disorganized Nobody knows anything Everyone is guessing including the senior advisors They will fire you for things they say they won’t fire you for The atmosphere feels like ghost town every time you walk in the building Extreme Micro managing Lies Barbaric expectations Ran like a plantation If you aren’t sucking up then they will let you go fast
