No communication and lack of training is terrible. No room to grow or promote, the duties of 2 or 3 people are piled onto one person, stretching multiple departments thin. New managers & sales reps are poorly trained, if not at all, and they rely on others to answer questions, if the source of training was fixed there wouldn't be so many issues. Also corporate made a huge mistake closing down the location that houses all veteran employees, you cannot replace all of that knowledge that every person obtained over the years working here.

No customer-focussed strategic direction. Old-fashioned motivation of people by waving a big stick. High turnover.
