Firstly, we’d like to say thank you for the feedback. We’re very sorry to hear you weren’t happy here at cap hpi. I must admit, we don't really recognise the cap hpi you mentioned. Our CEO has an extremely strong approval rating across Glass Door reviewers and his open and friendly attitude pervades through our entire team. Our openness is one of our values. Everyone here plays a big part to lend a hand to help, guide and advise anyone who needs it. Micro managing people is not something we believe in at cap hpi, but we do understand that, for some people who prefer that way of working, cap hpi might not be the best place for them. But you’ll have regular meetings with your managers and peers as part of your regular routine to be able to openly provide opinion, suggestion and voice concern, all of which is gratefully received and accepted here. To respond to your specific query on pay, we benchmark our salaries for all roles against peer groups, relevant industry sectors and the general marketplace, both locally and nationally to ensure we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. This may be less than some organisations, but bigger than others and of course, any new employee coming on board is fully aware of the package they’ll receive when offered the role.
