Good salary for Mexico standards.

Cons

Work overload. Company does not encourage team work but intolerance between team members. Company tolerates rude behavior from co-workers. Unstable job situation, big staff rotation. You have to work on weekends.

Cons

Poor management, unpleasant atmosphere, no work/life balance. Many people have been fired this year and it's not because of covid but they've decided to outsource many services. This company now is complete mess.

People are supportive and work as a team.

Cons

Company doesn’t allow breathing room on anything. Projects are run by top management with no understanding of requirements. HR don’t exist. HR don’t care about people. Fired so many people in the last year and so relentless about how they do it. All the people that have bent over backwards to keep things going have been booted out. Treated so so badly. Do not start a job here. You won’t last long.
