Pros

There aren’t any pro’s at all.

Cons

Bullying and blame mentality. People in the senior positions are the worst offenders. Do not look after their people as they do not care. Generally not a nice group of people. Advise anyone to stay away from this company. Wouldn’t even want to give them a 1 for a rating but had to proceed with the review.

Pros

Free food...seems nice at first

Cons

Crappy system. Management is poor. Once you leave, you are treated like the plague. I didn't get a W2 and to file a complaint with the IRS to get it. Autopoint refused to return any calls of mine requesting a W2. I even called the parent company (Solera Holdings) to ask for one and never received a reply.

Unresponsive management, low salary growth potential

Pros

The coworkers/teammates were fantastic. Teammates are friendly, helpful and collaborative (with exception of a few bad apples).

Cons

No wage growth/raises, no legitimate opportunity for advancement. Limited and/or poor training. Management does not respond effectively to concerns about infrastructure problems (slow computers, internet speed issues, etc) which are all vital in performing the position. Management also refuses to get rid of employees that are selfish and do not work well as teammates or strive to take care of customers.
