      Pros

      Free snacks in the offices Incredible compensation for Account Managers and Sales teams If you work hard, own up to your own mistakes, pitch in to help others when needed (without waiting to be asked), you will be recognized and rewarded. I know there have been some very negative reviews over the last few years, and some of them are warranted. But, I have been here for over 6 years and I can honestly say that many of them are no longer applicable to the team I see coming together.

      Cons

      There has been a LOT of growth over the last several years. During this time things were a mess and for those of us that lived through it, it was a nightmare. But, over the last year, things have greatly settled down and improved.

      Since leaving home at the age of 16 to join the Army, I have held a number of different jobs. I can say with all honestly that cap hpi is a brilliant company to work for. The management are really supportive and as a result of this I have been promoted 3 times since joining in January 2016- from 1st line support to 2nd line support within customer services, progressing to the development side of the business, initially as a Junior Tester and most recently gaining the role of Software Test Analyst. If you are willing to work hard and go the extra mile, approaching everything on a daily basis with the right attitude, the sky really is the limit. The company provides; Summer parties Christmas parties MCard scheme Quarterly paid for Team events Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Some of my colleagues have worked for cap hpi 15 years+, If you work for a company for this length of time the ‘cons’ must be minimal to none!
