      Pros

      I have worked at cap hpi for exactly 1 year now and could not recomend it enough. I moved workplaces to develop and progress to management, at my previous employer there was no room to do this. Within my 6 months I was placed on a Management secondment, I was over the moon that my skills and hard work were recognised and appriciated so early on. The company has since invested in me by sending me on various different training courses to help with my development. I'm exited to see what the future holds here.

      Pros

      cap hpi is a great place to work as it is a fast paced, exciting environment. They are always creating new product ideas and everyone can contribute to that. It is a digitalised, modern company and everyone is able to get involved in the new technologies produced. They want everyone to progress and developing staff is the core of everything they do.

      Cons

      In my opinion, there is no downside to working for cap hpi.

      Quite office. Coworkeers are nice

      Cons

      Some of the people I work with are terrific and I love them dearly so I don't really like saying this for fear it will harm the company that employs them, but this place is soooo bad that everyone is leaving. Turnover is ridiculous, and management doesn't bat an eye. If you are considering accepting an offer here, ask for a tour of the area you will be working in (if they didn't already give you one). See all those empty desks? They were ALL full a year ago.
