      Software company, Free food is a strategy,nothing more, nothing less

      It is all about who you know not your skillsEverything about the management is LIES, the company preaches Team work but are from it. Leads do not know what it means,its all power hungry folks from the top to the bottom. you speak your mind you get targeted. Definitely no room to grow.

      Pros

      Chris Wright is a fantastic MD, he is open, honest and communicates to his staff on a regular basis. He is approachable and will make time for anyone. People across the business are great, they are all passionate about what they do and the industry. Employees are given flexibility and also the opportunity to develop their skills. There is a lot of movement internally for employees who want to progress further.
