      Horrible culture, upper management are bullies, don't care about you as a person. No raises. No job security.

      Pros

      Staff are really friendly and work well together, and you can learn a lot from your peers here. There are plenty of people on the floor with big ideas.

      Cons

      Crap moral due to Poor senior management. They are sleep walking the company off a cliff. The only thing they can decide on is the company should do double digit growth but there is not acommitted direction in to how. There is a bullet out there with the company name on it and I fear the gun is being loaded as I type

      Pros

      Free treats and coffee. You can work from home on occasion. Access to shop and equipment. I can’t think of anything more...

      Cons

      Cost of living increases are not a thing at Identifix. Management has no respect for their employees. Solera does not invest in the Identifix product, updates are not happening, customers are leaving. Everyone with knowledge to get this company back on track has either been fired or scared away.
