      Poor management style - IT company driven by finance

      Pros

      Great team and colleagues Opportunity to learn many different things Office is new and nice and in a convenient location

      Cons

      Management is mainly made of finance people who have no clue about IT and people management Micromanagement All decisions are short-term and purely driven by money There is no vision or road map or whatsoever (or if there is it's not shared with others) Decisions and priorities are changing too often HR does not exist

      Pros

      There has been lots of change in the Theale office we have moved to Agile and so we have had lots of training and management have changed their approach to listen to us and make changes to their style. it is a lot more democratic. People can grow their careers here especially with all the new changes.

      Cons

      The pace is pretty relentless, if you enjoy lots of changes and a fast pace it is great, if you don't like to be always moving forward it is not the place for you. Parking is a bit of a night mare

We acknowledge parking at our Theale office is limited and it is an area the Facilities Manager is trying to improve. As we move office location in 2019 we will ensure parking is a consideration.
