Business Outlook
Pros
Very nice bunch of people, easy to talk to and the projects I worked on were very interesting. Despite all the change on-going at Autodata they keep all of the good things in place that keep the place running and treat their staff with respect and support them. There was always work to do, but never too much so that it would over-work someone. It was fast paced but in a healthy and encouraging way. Very professional senior management I could go on, but overall it was a very nice place to work, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Cons
The only Con I can think of is the loss of annual/bi-annual bonuses since the company changed ownership a few years ago.
