      Lots of change taking place and much to learn as the company has trebled in size. Difficult to keep up to speed with new starters

      Great people that I work with. Lots of talented people and some with many years of experience.

      Cons

      Older technology. Upper management does not make sound decisions. Loss of clients year over year. Management does not addresss employee concerns. Management continues to tell lies and not tell the truth. Company does notpay for high level performance.
