Pros

Free Snack, food and drinks , unlimited vacation , some good leaders and managers and working on a cool industry - cars

Cons

Solera talks about how great it is and innovative- but many people who are management don’t know how to do this. Few people do but they leave the company or work on too many different things or they do not have enough time to help us

Decent choice for some not all

Pros

Good solid 37-40 hour a week job. . A nice overall job for a call center. It can be stressful depending on which department you are in, but if you have good attendance they probably will never fire you for any reason. They try to be flexible with your schedule and in return they ask you to be flexible if you are needed desperately(natural disaster etc). You get medical/dental/health/life/401k. You learn about insurance and the related, which could be a stepping stone for a future job.

Cons

You are not allowed on your phone at any time during your shift unless on break/lunch (you sign an agreement to do so). Mediocre pay, rotating door of employees(as any call center is). Not a final career choice by any means, if you're looking for something to make a bunch of money then look elsewhere.
