Pros

Some lovely people on the account management team.

Cons

- No diversity - Bullying culture (I reported bullying from colleague and my manager fired me) - No progression - Not ethnically diverse - Racists - Appalling management - Abuse culture exists - Culture is more inline with America - Staff are ignored unless they are white - Foul language in the work place

Hello, thank you for your comments. It is gratifying to hear you met some really great people on your department, what’s concerning are your comments about bullying, racism and general abuse. As a member of staff for the last 7 years, working with many people and across many departments during my time, I am struggling to see the same cap hpi you did. cap hpi and the management here have always been respectful of my cultural background and I’ve flourished here. I have grown with the business and I am now one of the senior managers in my department. I have had nothing but support, guidance and encouragement from management and colleagues. I hope you have now found somewhere you can now call home and we are truly sorry it didn’t work out for you here. Irfan

Pros

A fantastic and smart group of people that make up the Product, Development and QA team. Architecture resources are strong as well. If you looked solely from that perspective, it is a great place to work. Collaborative and highly committed to delivery.

Cons

Toxic leadership in the delivery mgmt team . It only takes a few bad seeds to sour a functioning group. Stay away. Worst experience as an Analyst in my career. I think many of us can agree that in a Corporate IT environment, that there are " leaders" and that there are "taskers", this is the latter. A good deal of micro-managing, shaming and intolerance. I still shake my head wondering how certain people are delegated to manage others. We all see it in some form..this is awful.

Pros

There are still some really caring people that I worked with directly.

Cons

I was on a company call where the head bean counters actually said the best way to save money was to get rid of people. When people leave the company other people are expected to do their job as well. I was not given the resources I needed to help support me or my client. If the client reported an issue with our product to me, it would take upwards of a month to get back to them because the team researching these issues to correct them was understaffed. This tells me that the company does not care about their client or their employees. Products are constantly with issues. It is very difficult telling a customer at least once a month that there was a huge and very expensive issue that they will get backlash from their dealerships on. This is unacceptable. People are trying to jump ship as fast as they can.
