      -Cool coworkers, good at what they do, interesting to discuss with, fun to hang around with -Challenging work, mathematically interesting problems to solve, good task splitting within the team (mine at least) -Nice working athmosphere, gorgeous office, full fridge, gym -Good compensation

      Cons

      -largescale coordination between the teams could be massively improved -other people rated "employees treated like children" or "fear politic". Actually I disagree with the first one: no one looks over my shoulders when, if or how long I work on a particular day. But at the end of the day responsability and expectations on what you deliver are high, so this might scare some people...
