It’s disappointing to hear you felt we couldn’t accommodate you on your training needs.
A key tenet of cap hpi is that we keep the great talent we have. We look to our own employees in the first instance, to give them the opportunity for promotion and to move into different areas of the business that interest them, helping our people expand their knowledge and business experience.
A variety of training is on offer to help expand our employees’ knowledge and experience. These range from internal training, starting with a comprehensive onboarding programme for people starting new roles and continuous ‘on the job’ training; through to externally sourced training courses that can be geared to an individual’s need, and on to courses that provide a formal qualification in their particular field of interest.
