DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!

Pros

Good Hours. Nice Area.

Cons

Hands down the worst place Ive ever worked. Management is TERRIBLE! They dont care about their employees at all. Theyre selfish and have no sympathy for any family or health matters. All they care about is numbers, and if you're not getting numbers they will boot you so fast. They micromanage you, and they give no pay raises. They pick favorites, and some of the managers are bullies.

It was great until the merge!

Pros

The company was great before the merge. It has gone downhill since and innovation has slowed down. Create realistic timelines for product and innovate! Push new products and you will be the leader!

Cons

False promises and not a lot of room to grow. Before the merge they were great and the culture was fantastic, after the merge things took a complete 180 and some of the top talent left the organization.

Pros

Great company atmosphere, young and hip.

Cons

Some of the management are odd, can make odd comments. Can be a little gung ho and look for scapegoats when they make mistakes.

Solera Response

Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we appreciate the time you’ve taken to respond. I’m pleased that you enjoyed the atmosphere and company of your colleagues, but I’m sorry you weren’t keen on some of the managers. One of our guiding principles is that we encourage people to take responsibility for their actions and we take the view that’s it’s OK to fail, as long as you move on and learn from that failure. We’d be very concerned to hear that a member of our team was looking for scapegoats, we live by a number of guiding principles, one of which we call ‘90/10’, which means that we reject the thinking that it’s OK to shift the blame on to innocent people. You can find out more about this on our website or on the internet. I’m sorry you experienced that and I will share your comments with our Board, because we always look at ways to improve the experience of our employees. All the best, David
