* The company is trying to build a culture. * Very nice office and perks (snacks, drinks, beers). * Fantastic colleagues. * You can achieve a lot but you have to be dedicated and unstoppable because there is a fair amount of resistance to change. * The company seems to be trying to recover from some bad decisions made in the past.
Cons
* Changes happen slowly - just like in most of the insurance industry so plenty of patience is recommended. * Not everyone's piece of cake - management and development practices are quite different than what you'd expect in a startup-like company. * The seems to be more emphasis on short term tactics than long term strategy.
