*a lot of management positions are filled by people who are not qualified. *HIGH turnover (in less than 4 years almost 100% turnover on one development team) *W-2 forms were leaked by a corporate employee to an unknown person *No opportunity for progression. i did the same job for years despite consistent request for change. they don't utilize the talent they have *nepotism among senior and other management *if you want to be a fire-fighter developer, this place is for you. there is very little attempts to look and plan ahead. *this is a place where people love to point fingers and throw others under the bus
